Paradigm Digital Strategies LLC is not liable for campaign performance issues arising from client-provided inaccurate information, delayed approvals, or non-compliant audience data.
All creative assets, copy, strategies, and campaign materials developed by Paradigm Digital Strategies LLC remain the intellectual property of Paradigm Digital Strategies LLC until full payment has been received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the applicable service agreement. Our website content, branding, and proprietary methodologies remain the exclusive property of Paradigm Digital Strategies LLC at all times.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, trade secrets, business strategies, or client data shared in the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
Payment terms are governed by individual client agreements. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Paradigm Digital Strategies LLC reserves the right to pause or suspend services on accounts with outstanding balances. Returned payments may be subject to a processing fee.
Paradigm Digital Strategies LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or reputational harm.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a defined number of leads, sales, or ranking positions, as results depend on market conditions, platform algorithms, and factors outside our control.
Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, various marketing automation tools). We are not responsible for changes in policies, pricing, or availability of these platforms. Any ad spend paid directly to third-party platforms is separate from Paradigm Digital Strategies LLC's service fees and is the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the applicable contract. Upon termination, clients are responsible for any fees incurred through the termination date. Paradigm Digital Strategies LLC will provide reasonable transition support, including transfer of accounts and assets owned by the client.
We collect limited personal information (name, email, phone number, business information) from clients and website visitors to provide and improve our services. We do not sell personal information to third parties. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Seminole County, Florida.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
